Bard & Banker is a Scottish-style bar, with waiters wearing Scottish plaid skirts and music playing on the spot. The building itself was a bank in the 1800s and is now the most unique place in downtown Victoria. Breakfast starts at 7:00 and happy hour is available at 4-6:00 in the afternoon.

Bard & Banker Definitely the highlight of my trip to Victoria! This place is really fun to go and want to go! Located in Victoria's most prosperous government street, it is really good to have the modern retro and lively atmosphere of London at night. There are many English bistros, but this one is really my favorite among many bars. Really like crossing to Scotland in the last century, the decoration is very luxurious and retro, the live music band I really love the atmosphere, many diners are early in the band before the small stage dance casually. The place is very historical, first in 1800 as a bank, then in the 1990s changed to a store selling Christmas decorations, in 2008 became the current bar. Walking in the store, you can still see the traces of the bank office building that were so magical, and it is also the source of the bar name. The food is also very good, the weight is quite large, not as thunderous as the English meal imagined. fish and chips must order, eating here is really British. With a beer or a apple, I can really enjoy the whole day of the strangers who listen to live music and dance with the fun!
